The appartment is centrally located within the historical center of the island Lastovo. All of the main necessities are a couple of minutes away from the appartment, including an ATM, grocery store, a bar and restaurants. The appartment has a big private terrace overlooking the village, ideal for your first morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day after exploring the island. The appartment itself is fully eqqupped, and I hope it can be a peaceful oasis during your visit of the island.

Come for the sun and sea. Old stone house renovated in 2017 in charming seaside village of Lucica, 1 km walk/drive from the island's main hilltop town of Lastovo. Open your front door and you are just steps down to the seaside "riva". People congregate on the riva to swim, sunbathe, relax in the shade and socialize. Large open studio space with high ceilings, modern kitchen, 2 double day beds, sleeping loft for 4, 1 1/2 baths. WiFi, Air conditioning, Satellite TV & outdoor patio.

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

This little loft is located right at the beautiful bay Lucica. It is quiet and perfect for rest. You will fall in love with the island if you enjoy nature, clean sea, fresh food and wine. Lastovo is a place where time stops. :) - We don’t have WIFI at the beachhouse - Please don’t feed the cats around the house - I have some great restaurants and places which I can recommend. Zaklopatica: Dom s pogledom 2

Situata nella parte nord, a soli 2 km dal villaggio di Lastovo, si trova la baia di “Zaklopatica”, delimitata da un’ isoletta, che è molto conosciuta per la nidificazione della rara specie volatile Puffinus yelkouan. Zaklopatica offre una vista mozzafiato della vicina isola di Korčula, ed è possibile rilassarsi prendendo il sole, nuotando, facendo una passeggiata oppure gustando un pasto tipico della cucina dalmata in uno dei numerosi ristoranti presenti sul lungomare.
