Villa Ana is located on a large and completely fenced and gated property with an apple orchard and a vineyard. Imotski is 5 minutes away by car, the beaches in Baska Voda & Brela are 20 minutes by car. The villa consists of 2 separate flats; The ground flat has a large kitchen + living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The upper flat also a large kitchen + living room, 2 balconies, a terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 swimming pools, a summer kitchen and an outdoor grilling area

Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe.
