Apartment Tullio, located in the rooftop of a family house above the Old town is the proud winner of the Home and Design magazine’s award as The Best Attic Apartment in Croatia for 2017. We are immensely proud of our achievement as this is a family (ad)venture where we combined our visions and decorative flares without any professional assistance in designing our space. An old traditional stone house turned in cozy living space, just a few steps from the sea paradise. This newly renovated and modernly decorated apartment is placed in the family house. Consists of one bedroom, living room with a sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. Private balcony overlooking the sea stretches along the house in front of the bedroom and the living room. Parking place and a private approach to the beach.

Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

Moderno obnovljena stara kuca od kamena, u ruralnom dijelu, okruzena velikim plantaza etericnog bilja. Prostrana terasa i lijepo uredjena okucnica, idealna su za odmor. Kuca ima veliki dnevni boravak sa kuhinjom, kupaonicu i spavacu sobu. U spavacaj sobi se nalaze dva krevata (180x200 i 160x200) i dva pomocna kreveta na rasklapanje (90x190).
