It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. Az szálláshely 10 fő elhelyezésére alkalmas. A felső szinten 3 db két ágyas szoba található, mindegyikhez saját tusoló és wc tartozik. A földszinten a közös konyha és a nappali kapott helyet. Itt található még egy külön bejáratú 4 ágyas lakrész.
