Apartment si located 450 m from the sea coast in very quiet area where you can enjoy in your complete privacy. Villa Fortuna is a brand new holiday home with swimming pool and big spacious terrace, overlooking Adriatic see and Dalmatian islands. The space for the guest is located on a first floor which includes a private swimming pool, big spacious terrace with lounge area, garden with dining/grill area is available exclusively for guests. The property landlord lives on site at ground floor apartment, with separate entrance. We are family of 4 and will be at your disposal during your stay.

The house is located above the coastal road and a car is highly recommended to get anywhere (due to a bit of a steep location), but the location offers a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, the mountain behind, and the island of Brač. The nearest mini market, restaurant, bar is within 2km.

Pokraj apartmana nalazi se i bar (bar radi od kraja svibnja do kraja rujna) u kojem možete uživati u kavi ili se opustiti uz hladni koktel. Apartman je idealan za 2 odrasle osobe i 2 djece ili 3 odrasle osobe.

The pool features a powerful counter-current swimming system, allowing you to swim endlessly without touching the wall. If both apartments (East and West) are rented, the entire house and pool are exclusive to your group (up to 12 people). Enjoy the beautiful sea view from the terrace around the pool.

Our beach studio is situated directly on the wonderful beach, in a small village near Split. You'll love this place because you can jump in the crystal clean sea directly from your bed; because of the scent of the sea, wonderful sunsets and sunrises, magical summer views and the coziness.
