A food tour with a difference! Learn about the various cultural and culinary influences that have shaped the Vietnamese diet over hundreds of years. You will follow the journey of rice from the paddy field to the authentic noodle ‘factory’, before following its paths to the local market where you can see it sold and sample the noodles in the authentic market setting. Likewise, visit a bean sprout producer and learn about this ancient tradition before seeing them for sale on local stalls. You’ll also sample rice cakes with Mung bean curd, local deserts freshly cooked in market stalls. Later in the tour meet one of the few sellers of Chinese sesame soup and learn about the history of this interesting family, before sampling Banh Mi and admiring the French influence. Lastly, try a Vietnamese coffee! On the way learn about Family Shrines and traditions as well as a host of other fascinating facts about our wonderful city.

* Join with us to understand and feel like a real "craftsman". In our workshop everybody have a chance to create a personalized notebook through various steps: to fold paper, punch holes, sew and make self-customized notebook covers. You can chose the leather or fabric for the notebook cover with decoration. - Time depends on each product, about 2.5 - 3.5 hours - When you finish the class you can bring back home a very special and unique journal notebook or diary that is made by yourself and it could be a lovely gift for your friends or for your members of family. ^_^ So exciting to see everyone! We will start from the Centre of Hoi An for a warm-up cycling to the organic farm, passing local rice fields and villages along the way. There’s also time for a break with a short ride a traditional basket boat into the Nipa-palms mangrove forest before we finally arrive at the farm around 10 am. We then proceed to the organic farming with our local farmers. They are happily sharing with you their story about this community-based project and invite you to join in their daily works, such as applying organic manure, making organic pesticides to control and prevent pests, cultivate the soil for planting and watering. On completion of the gardening, you will return to the farmer's house and use the produce harvested from the organic vegetable garden to cook a Vietnamese lunch. Enjoy lunch with the dishes you’ve cooked at a garden-setting table (weather permitting). In this surf session I am going to teach you how to catch waves and stand up on a surfboard. I will guide you every step of the way, even if it’s your first time, we will learn about selecting and paddling into waves, popping up, riding the wave and more! This is a highly energetic experience, and very physically demanding... You should be fairly physically fit. I will try to get some cool pics of you surfing during the experience! Waves are fairly small in the Summer, perfect for beginners! Let’s Go Surfing! Suitable for all ages! Other things to note: This surf session is for confident swimmers only over the age of five years old, please wear swim/surf wear that covers your stomach and use reef safe sun screen.

This is an absolutely amazing place to get epic panoramic photos of the city below and the sea at the same time Then, we will go to a former U.S. Army heliport before finding a resting spot on a hill where is known as paragliding take off point. If we are lucky, we might see some pilots soaring by the ridge There is a special spiece of primate that resides on the Peninsula, aka Red-Shanked-Douc Langur. The most beautiful and mysterious one. Have a taste of surfing with a quick 60 minute surf class! Learn how to ride a surf board with this taster session.. Our coaches will train you to catch loads of waves, even if it's your first time! We'll start with an introduction on the beach for 20 minutes where we'll give you information about the board,the waves and the techniques. We'll explain how to paddle, how to stand up and how to catch the waves. Before we go in the water we'll go through some safety tips and put on some sunblock. Then Surfs up! In the water we'll help you to catch some nice small waves to get the feeling of what the board is doing and to get the hang of the timing to pop up. When this going well, we'll go a bit further out to catch some of the bigger waves. We will be right there in the waves with you the whole time helping you with instruction so that after the lesson you'll be surfing like a pro. We will take some videos and photos on our gopro which we will send to you after the lesson.

The tour begins with a bicycle ride through the countryside to the Tra Que vegetable village, where we meet locals working in their herb and vegetable gardens and get a taste of what it's like to be a farmer by helping with agricultural tasks like hoeing soil and gathering riverweed as well as transplanting and watering the vegetables. As we continue to pedal along the countryside, we will see authentic local sights You may snap many lovely images of the farms and local wildlife, including ducks, cows, birds, and water buffalo, where we have the opportunity to ride, in the rice fields. We will meet at a meeting point near the beach where we have brief up of what the experience will be like. Our pilots will give you explanation and video for demonstration before head to top of Monkey Mountain aka Son Tra. We will hear instructions from our pilots and gear up for the paragliding. All gopro for filming and safety gear will be provided. You will experience the flight with our professional pilots over the sea, over the ocean. The feeling of freedom from the ground will amaze you. End of the flight, we come to land at a beautiful beach where the fishermen's village is. We end the trip at where we start. Here’s our itinerary: - Meet you at HoiAn Mercy homestay-Tran Nhan Tong street - Boat cruise on Thu Bon river and the estuary, see the fishing village, fishermen’s life - There’s plenty of opportunities to take a lot of nice pictures along the cruise - Take the bamboo basket boats and ride through the canals of the coconut palm jungle ( we will try to bring you to the quite areas away from the tourist crowd) - The boat stops in the middle of the river. Then do fishing with rods. (Fishing depends ^^) - Highlight of the trip: Enjoy special, romantic, authentic charcoal BBQ on the water with plenty of BBQ foods, drinks local sticky rice wine and chill out with music on board. Watch the sunset, the starry night and full moon. Immerser yourself in the nature. Hoi An is very famous for its fresh and tasty street food, moreover, doing this activity you can have a view of local live after sunset and the gorgeous old town shining with thousands of lantern. First of all, we will meet at the meeting point at Hoi An historic hotel’s gate (10 Tran Hung Dao street) after that I will introduce about schedule and foods. The food includes 7 dishes The first stop is a bakery famous for their Banh mi (a Vietnamese baguette filled with meat and vegetables). Then we will walk through an alley to reach an old couple serve water-fern cake in 30 year. The third place is a street vendor where you will experience sitting on a small plastic chair and try BBQ pork as a real local. After that, the old city will welcome you to night life with a fabulous scenery: thousands of colorful lantern light up the old buildings which used to be a busy harbor in 16,17 century. Back to the food, we will discover another site of Hoi An: the alleyway, a great way to escape from the busy to a quieter space where we will try the Chinese wonton and White rose dumpling. Then we will go to the main dish: Hoi An Cao Lau noodle to fulfill you. After that, we will visit local family with a secret desert, then, you have a beer/ tea or a Vietnamese coffee beside the colorful Hoai river next to Japanese bridge so then you can enjoy by your own at night market or bars around
