This is a solo tour, means that we only accept 01 guest per trip. We will ride you on our lovely scooters to discover the top 04 must-try local dishes* in Danang city. They definitely are truly authentic Danang cuisine, from yummy appetizers to cool desserts in your food journey. We will start from the Centre of Hoi An for a warm-up cycling to the organic farm, passing local rice fields and villages along the way. There’s also time for a break with a short ride a traditional basket boat into the Nipa-palms mangrove forest before we finally arrive at the farm around 10 am. We then proceed to the organic farming with our local farmers. They are happily sharing with you their story about this community-based project and invite you to join in their daily works, such as applying organic manure, making organic pesticides to control and prevent pests, cultivate the soil for planting and watering. On completion of the gardening, you will return to the farmer's house and use the produce harvested from the organic vegetable garden to cook a Vietnamese lunch. Enjoy lunch with the dishes you’ve cooked at a garden-setting table (weather permitting). Other things to note - We'll start at meeting point so please be there on time - Casual outfit is recommended as you may get dirt when working in the farm

A food tour with a difference! Learn about the various cultural and culinary influences that have shaped the Vietnamese diet over hundreds of years. You will follow the journey of rice from the paddy field to the authentic noodle ‘factory’, before following its paths to the local market where you can see it sold and sample the noodles in the authentic market setting. Likewise, visit a bean sprout producer and learn about this ancient tradition before seeing them for sale on local stalls. You’ll also sample rice cakes with Mung bean curd, local deserts freshly cooked in market stalls. Later in the tour meet one of the few sellers of Chinese sesame soup and learn about the history of this interesting family, before sampling Banh Mi and admiring the French influence. Lastly, try a Vietnamese coffee! On the way learn about Family Shrines and traditions as well as a host of other fascinating facts about our wonderful city.

* Join with us to understand and feel like a real "craftsman". In our workshop everybody have a chance to create a personalized notebook through various steps: to fold paper, punch holes, sew and make self-customized notebook covers. You can chose the leather or fabric for the notebook cover with decoration. - Time depends on each product, about 2.5 - 3.5 hours - When you finish the class you can bring back home a very special and unique journal notebook or diary that is made by yourself and it could be a lovely gift for your friends or for your members of family. ^_^ So exciting to see everyone! Welcome to the Dawn in Hoi An for early birds at 5am We'll take you on an exciting journey to explore some of the most unique and authentic experiences that Hoi An has to offer. We begin our day by visiting the fish market in the morning, where you'll witness the hustle and bustle of local fishermen bringing in the fresh catch of the day. Here, you'll also get to learn about the different types of fish found in the region then a fish sauce making place, where you'll have the opportunity to witness the time-honored process of producing this essential ingredient in Vietnamese cuisine. You'll get to taste the delicious coffee while enjoying the scenic beauty of the countryside. Then we will try light local breakfast in Hoi an with mutiple food choices for you to taste that you might have never experienced in your country After that, we'll take you to a rice wine making place, where you'll see the traditional method of fermenting rice to produce a unique locally made wine. The smell of freshly fermented rice will surely leave you mesmerized. Next, we'll take you to a NOODLE MAKING PLACE where you'll get to observe how locals make the famous Vietnamese noodles and rice paper, then traditional SLEEPING MAT PLACE. Done!

We will meet at a meeting point near the beach where we have brief up of what the experience will be like. Our pilots will give you explanation and video for demonstration before head to top of Monkey Mountain aka Son Tra. We will hear instructions from our pilots and gear up for the paragliding. All gopro for filming and safety gear will be provided. You will experience the flight with our professional pilots over the sea, over the ocean. The feeling of freedom from the ground will amaze you. End of the flight, we come to land at a beautiful beach where the fishermen's village is. We end the trip at where we start. Though it is brewed using a surprisingly low tech technique, with a little metal filter called a Phin (a version of the French press), the flavor is truly rich and deep. You’ll pick you up from your hotel or other designated location and give you a list of the sights you'll see during the tour. The tour begins with a bicycle ride through the countryside to the Tra Que vegetable village, where we meet locals working in their herb and vegetable gardens and get a taste of what it's like to be a farmer by helping with agricultural tasks like hoeing soil and gathering riverweed as well as transplanting and watering the vegetables. As we continue to pedal along the countryside, we will see authentic local sights You may snap many lovely images of the farms and local wildlife, including ducks, cows, birds, and water buffalo, where we have the opportunity to ride, in the rice fields. Moving on, you can have a chance to witness how local products such as Rice noodle, sleeping mat, how they make rice wine, carpentry stuffs After lunch, take a ride back to your accommodation in Hoian.
