Traumhafte, ruhige Natur direkt vor der gemütlichen Hütte! Ein Plätzchen zum Wohlfühlen und mit der Seele Baumeln. Alles was für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt erforderlich ist, ist vorhanden. Nahversorgung via Spar in unmittelbarer Nähe ist bestens. Der nächste Besuch ist bereits geplant!

Wir hatten als Gruppe einen Tollen Aufenthalt. Marco hat uns toll empfangen und uns alles wichtige gezeigt. Zimmer waren großartig. Rundum war es sehr sehr gut und wir würden wieder kommen.

Es waren 6 ruhige,traumhaft gelegene Tage. Das Wetter war perfekt zum Wandern und erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful few days here in the peaceful Alpine surroundings. We could walk from the door or a short drive away, and climbed the Hochswung peak. Renate is a generous host and it is clear that the house is a well loved family retreat. We did not want for anything during our stay and would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet place to restore peace from a busy life for a few days.

Wir haben als Familie mit 3 Kindern ein paar schöne Tage in Monikas Hütte verbracht. Die Hütte ist super gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt, Feuerholz ist mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Sie liegt ruhig und in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Falls man nicht selbst kochen möchte, gibt es im nächsten Ort (3 Autominuten) das Gasthaus Tauernwirt. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der nächste größere Ort Trieben ist 15 Fahrminuten entfernt (Bäcker, Super usw). Wir können die Hütte sehr weiterempfehlen!

Christine is a wonderful host. She has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. It is spacious and the views are phenomenal. The location is a dream; it is peaceful and like a picture yet close to city centre. Christine is a warm and friendly person and we felt at home.

The environment around the house is just beautiful and so peaceful. The house itself was also really nice, clean and fully packed with everything that would come handy (kitchenware as well). We also tried 3 of the hikes Marianne recommended and they were all quite breathtaking - our favourite was Gleinkersee. I recommend this house if you are okay with cooking or prepping the meals for yourselves, as there is not really any restaurant or store nearby, within walkable distance. Also, I think it was not mentioned in the description, but only the lower section of the house is yours, there is a resident over you - still the location is absolutely calm and relaxing!

Mateo's hut is a wonderful place to come and rest at. The area is stunning, wonderful hills, forests, rivers. We loved staying here. The abundantly provided firewood was thoroughly used and enjoyed. Our children loved the swings in the garden and we had some nice outings to the nearby river. We didn't meet Mateo in person, but our communication beforehand and during our stay was great.
