I offer modern styled double rooms next to the train station "Santa Lucia" in Venice. All rooms have a private bathroom ensuite, WIFI, TV, aircon and all other amenities to guarantee a comfortable stay. The local city tax (3€ pppn) is not included in the room price and has to be paid in cash at arrival. Checkin is from 16-19 o'clock (19 to 21 o'clock against an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock, no self checkin). From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our court (8 € pppd).

Questo monolocale di recente restauro è adatto a coppie o singoli in viaggio a Venezia, dispone di tutti i comfort in un ambiente contenuto ma intimo e piacevole, e soprattutto indipendente. La zona è centralissima, a pochi minuti da Rialto, ma nel sestiere di Cannaregio, ricca di ristoranti e negozi che provvederò a consigliare a chi vuole conoscere Venezia da un punto di vista veneziano! Venice Amazing House (Single Room)

Venice Amazing House is set in Marghera, 700 meters from Venice Mestre Station and 10 mins away from Venice Historical center by Tram/Bus. Both Bus and Tram stop in front of the property's door. This Guest house are fitted with a TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. Air-conditioning is provided in the lobby. Venice Marco Polo Airport is 9 km away and Treviso Airport is about 20 km away from the property. Surrounded by a bar/restaurant, supermarket and parks which are only 5 meters distance.

Questa camera da letto ben progettata con bagno privato è perfettamente posizionata per scoprire Venezia; facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione dei treni e autobus, è a pochi passi da una vista mozzafiato sul Canal Grande, e vicino a tutte le principali attrazioni! La camera è al piano terra, in una stradina tranquilla, molto silenziosa di notte. Gli ospiti possono usufruire della zona giorno, che dispone di una cucina attrezzata condivisa con gli ospiti delle altre camere da letto.

(distance 700 meters) . City tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price.

he guesthouse is situated in Venice, providing accommodation just 300 meters from the Rialto Bridge and 800 meters from St. Mark's Basilica. This is a small single room with a sink inside the bedroom and a small ensuite bathroom (WC & shower). It has aircon (1st June to 1st September), heating (October to March), a desk, a wardrobe, a chair, Italian TV channles and WIFI. It's a budget room. The view is to the wall of the neighbourhood.
