Apartment with sauna in Maribor city centre

This apartment is meant to make your stay in Maribor unforgettable. We were trying to stick to the original antique structure of the building while renovating so the space of the apartment is divided in only three areas. But all the rooms are very big. Basically the living room, kitchen and dining area are one big space. We added a mini office space to the bedroom in case you travel for work and a sauna with bathtub in the bathroom, so you will feel like you are staying in a spa.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus bist du mit dem Auto in ca 20 Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten der Süd- und Oststeiermark, Graz und Slowenien. Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet ein sicherer Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tretfahrzeugen und einiges mehr für eine unbeschwerte Zeit abseits von Trubel und Lärm. Diese gut geschnittene 50m² Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb der Weinstadt Leibnitz, in der Südsteiermark. Genauer gesagt in einem ruhigen kleinen Dorf. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Das Stadtzentrum Leibnitz ist zirka 15 min entfernt, die südsteirische Weinstraße zirka 30 min und zur Autobahn sind es lediglich 5 min. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen um eine schöne Zeit in der Südsteiermark zu verbringen.

For free time activities there are many cultural and culnary experiences. There is the "Thermal spring Bad Gleichenberg for calming. For the athletics is the horse farm next door the perfect place to ride with fun through the beautiful landscapes of the vulcan-land and to be in harmony with the natur and the animals.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely hut

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
