Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. All of them have big terrace, SAT-TV, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom etc. Swimming pool area plus 70m2 big lounge on pool level ( huge dinning table, big kitchen, bathroom, 2 couch, Smart tv) 2 upper floors: 5 apartments with 7 rooms and 6 bathrooms. All with huge southern terraces. Just under i have second house so full accomodation can be about 35 people. Great for big groups !!!

This beautiful, modern house with an outdor pool is located in Solin. It is a small but beautiful town, only a short drive away from Split. The house is located by the river Jadro. Surrounding of the house is decorated as park with lots of walking trails. House has four spacious bedrooms for eight people and three bathrooms. Also you can use parking and auxiliary facility which is traditional croatian tavern with barbecue and board games( billiards and darts ).
