Casa Silenziosa e Centrale nel Cuore del Pigneto!

La estadía fue estupenda, el lugar tiene todas las comodidades y está completamente equipado. Está a 200m de la parada del metro C que brinda accesibilidad al centro. Es un barrio de artistas y dos cuadras tiene amplia oferta de bares para tomar aperitivos. Domenica se mostró siempre amable y flexible a nuestros horarios sobre todo el último día que tuvimos que dejar las valijas para poder aprovecharlo. Inclusive tuvimos que ir unos días antes de lo planeado y nos consiguió otro airbnb para esos días.

I loved the apartment, it had everything I needed and more. I especially liked the balcony towards the sea. The apartment is light and clean and felt like home. The area is very quiet in october and a little more lively in september. The beach is very nice.

Świetne miejsce do spędzenia czasu bardzo blisko plaży, która na początku czerwca była prawie pusta, niemal prywatna. W pobliżu dwie plaże z płatnymi leżakami i parasolami oraz barem plażowym, także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Nous avons conversé avec le service de conciergerie Simonetta et Silvia qui ont été très réactives et ponctuelles. Nous avons eu un Check in avancé en raison de notre vol, Le ménage était en cours et nous avons été rassurées. Pour 5 participants l L’appartement est parfait, une chambre, chacune avec une literie très confortable. Il manque un peu de lumière naturelle parce que c’est un rez-de-chaussée. Il y a deux serviettes par convives une paire de chaussons gracieusement offerte. Un dépôt de bagages est aussi à côté des appartements, bien pratique. Hi, I had a wonderful stay at the studio. It was an excellent base to explore Rome. Very walkable and access to many buses. Close to the Piazza Novona, River Tiber and lovely walk along the river to the Vatican. The studio was comfortable, very clean and had all I needed for my stay. A washing machine was a bonus. Clear instructions and information, while Manuela was a a great host. Manuela was friendly, helpful and ready to provide assistance if needed. Over all a great host and recommended accommodation. Genau was wir erwartet hatten um Rom zu erkunden. Alles wie beschrieben, sauber und komfortabel. Anbindung zur Metro TOP, keine 2 Minuten! Gastgeber war hilfsbereit und hat alles gut erklärt. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Un petit havre de paix au cœur de la Ville Éternelle, proche de tous les points d'intérêt et monuments, et près du quartier Trastevere avec de nombreux restaurants et bars très sympathiques. Une pépite pour un séjour à Rome, l'appartement est idéal, très confortable, tout était parfait. Je ne peux que vivement recommander ! Merci pour tout !

Eugenia's home is located in a great area and she was great in communicating with us. She was able to get us a car service to pick us up from the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia and drop us at at the Rome airport FCO. That was very helpful, as the drivers knew exactly where to go and were very helpful with our luggage!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Tho check in is till 20:00 due to delay of flight we arrived at 1am. Giovannella waited us; and greet us with smile. Give us short instructions and recomendations. House was cozy and very vell equipped;especially kitchen. Beutiful exterior and clean swimming pool. A lot of privacy and beutifull view. Store;short distance as well public transport so Rome was easily accessible. Hope one day to be back.

Il cottage è anche più bello rispetto a quanto visto in foto. Atmosfera molto romantica ci ritornerei altre 10 volte. Proprietario gentilissimo ci ha dato ogni indicazione per raggiungere il luogo ed è stato molto disponibile per qualsiasi problema

apartamento súper amplio, mejor que en las fotos, muy bien conectado por la línea c del metro y buses, cerca contarás con comercios de comida, supermercados entre otros, tardarás unos 40 minutos al vaticano y 30 minutos del centro.
