SERENITY & SUPERB VIEW Traditional Mediterranean villa with a touch of luxury on a quiet green hill above Primosten, away of tourist crowds and traffic, surrounded by bike trails that meander between olive groves down to Primosten's famous white pebble beaches with crystal turquoise sea, only 5 minutes from the villa (free parking by the beach). Enjoy the breathtaking view of Primosten, islands, Kornati, even Italian peaks across the Adriatic sea. Beware of the beautiful sunsets "overdose"! :-)

Nice studio L for 2 by the sea with garden

The 1-room apartment with air conditioning is on the ground floor and is cozy and small (approx. 20 sqm), functionally furnished, for max. 2 people! The studio was extensively renovated in spring 2023 and is simple but equipped with everything you need. It is quietly located and can be reached via a separate entrance (with a small terrace) in the rear garden of our holiday home. The patio and loungers are available to apartment guests for eating and relaxing.

The robinson house “La Vida” is located on the island Mali Vinik, which is less than five minutes away by boat from the island Murter. Ideal choice for anyone who wants to enjoy a dose of peace and calm combined with an excellent location. Just a few steps away from the beach, with an amazing view on the crystal clear sea and unforgettable sunsets, beautifully decorated, with lots of love, robinson house “La Vida” represents perfect place for your holiday.

There are 3 apartments in two main houses and one pool house (depadanse) for gathering together.

Seaview II Apartment, for 2 persons

Apartment "Seaview II" is situated on the 3rd floor of our house. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and a small south-facing balcony with a sea view. The apartment has air-conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Parking is near the house and free of charge. We named our house "Hana Home" because we want our apartments to be your home during your holiday in Tisno.

Apartman se nalazi u kući s 4 apartmana i okućnicom od 1200 m2 u kojoj je maslinik i dječje igralište na otvorenom. U kući boravi domaćin. Bazen koriste svi gosti. Apartman se nalazi u prizemlju zgrade. Najbliza plaža je na udaljensti 400 m, 6 min pješice, à sami centar grada 10 min pješice. Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine nalaze se na udaljenosti od 2 km.

My private beach house

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.

Villa Nana, stone house with kayak and bicycles

Villa Nana is a renovated old stone house located in Žman, in a calm neighbourhood, 400 meters from the beach, local super market restaurant and a caffee. The house includes a spacious garden, two terraces, and an outside barbecue and an inside fireplace. There are also 3 BIKES available to explore the island as well as a KAYAK for two people.

It is a small stone house of mediterranean style and rustical interior, situated at the bank of Prukljana in natural, untouched environment where everyone can find their own perfect peace.The house has its own beach with incredible sunset and the morning awakening with the sound of waves and birds will fascinate of this area.
