The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. In Alsóörs, a 10-minute walk from the beach, in a family/friendly holiday area, a 3-bedroom luxury holiday home with a beautifully landscaped garden awaits its guests. The garden has a swimming pool (which is 120 cm deep), a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small garden, an outdoor exercise area, a covered terrace, and a cozy place for potlucks and grilling. The area around the house is quiet and family friendly, so parties and other noisy events are not allowed.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
