Annaberg-Lungötz: soggiorni in alloggi adatti ai bambini

Hallo, wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, sehr viel Platz, ein extra Raum für Kinder zum Spielen. Super als Ausgangspunkt fürs Skifahren und Langlaufen. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder.

Mooi, ruim en comfortabel huis. De prijs meer dan waard. Met de hele familie (8 volwassenen en 5 kinderen) verbleven. Genoeg plek en privacy.

Very comfortable and extremely clean home with a very accurate garden outside with a lot of games for the children and places to relax. The guest Marion was extremely friendly and she has paid a lot of attention also of the children. The house is super recommended!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt und sind Jakob für seine Gastfreundschaft sehr dankbar. Er war für alle wichtigen und unwichtigen Anliegen erreichbar👍🙂.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche bei Annemarie verbracht! Ein tolles Ferienhaus, liebevoll hergerichtet, blitzesauber und gemütlich. Die Kinder haben das Kinderzimmer und die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten im Hof und im Garten geliebt. Schöner großer Balkon, tolle Terrasse, die Schafe haben uns regelmäßig besucht. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge an den Waginger See oder in die Alpen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Annemarie und Martin sind ganz herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had an excellent stay for a week in Salzburg. Dagmar is an excellent host and takes true care to ensure you are comfortable. She is an excellent communicator and her supply of recommendations is endless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wij hebben een top week gehad in het appartement. Voor de kids was het heel leuk dat het op de begaande grond was en ze dus voor de deur in de sneeuw konden spelen! Enige nadeel was dat er tegen over een ambulancepost was en als het licht daar aan ging kwam dat je kamer in. Er waren luiken aan de buitenkant dan had je dat niet gehad maar goed dat was dan ook het enige :) Leuke ruimte, je bent er toch weinig. Bedden waren goed! Ski bus dichtbij. Rustig gelegen maar snel in dorp! Kortom voor herhaling vatbaar!

The location was very good right next to the Obertraun train station and a great starting location to explore Hallstatt! The accommodation itself had amazing views of the valley. In addition, Andrea was a wonderful host and greeted us during check in and check out and helped store our luggage after check out. Overall an amazing experience :)

Wir hatten einen absolut wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – modern, sauber und unglaublich gemütlich. Besonders begeistert war ich von der liebevollen Einrichtung und den vielen kleinen Details, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht haben. Die Lage ist top – ruhig. Der Check-in verlief völlig problemlos und der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

I had a wonderful stay at Isabella and Gerhard's lovely place. They are both so kind, friendly, and delightful to talk to. Their apartment is perfect: sunny, clean, and bright with tasteful attention to details. They both were so accomodating to having my daughter and my 3 1/2 year old grandson who also live in Altmunster visit me. Their garden even has two bunnies which my grandson loved to feed and try to pet! The village is so charming and the landscape is stunning, with view of the mountains in the distance. I will so miss the peacefulness and tranquility of their apartment. For certain, I will be returning again and again! I would choose to only stay there as they made my stay so special. Many many thanks.

Wir haben die Ruhe/ Stille der Umgebung genossen. Marianne ist echt freundlich und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Da sich gleich in der Nähe auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet, konnten wir auch mal das Auto stehen lassen und mit dem Bus nach Salzburg (ca. 30 Min.) fahren. Prima!

Maria’s place was adequate for a family of 5 and located in a beautiful surrounding with a great view of the nearby lake from the balcony. It is perfect to explore the nearby towns including Salzburg and Hallstatt. She was quite proactive in addressing our queries and was kind enough to arrange for toys for our 2 year old. The house was kept in a very clean state. The kitchen was relatively small but included all the necessary tools for cooking meals on a short stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the wardrobes were big enough to store clothes. The supermarket was just a couple of minutes drive away from the house. The heating within the house was quite effective and ensured a comfortable stay for all of us. The house also had a small adjoining garden which the children can use to play. We would highly recommend this property for your stay near Salzburg.

Perfectly located family sized apartment in a calm area of Salzburg. Our hosts were wonderful, responsive and very kind - we had a lovely time staying over and will be back. We highly recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft bei Maximilian war wunderschön. Sie war gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und die Küche war bestens ausgestattet. Auf der wunderbaren Terrasse stand ein Grill zur Verfügung und wir genossen einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Strand sind es etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß, und ein wunderschöner Spielplatz ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Zu empfehlen. Wir haben die Wohnung Gartenglück 1.0 als Familie von 3 Personen über Karwoche gemietet und wir waren zufrieden. Die Anweisungen mit Bildern waren kurz und klar. Alois und Stephanie waren auch hilfsbereit - erreichbar für Probleme und Fragen. Alles lief unkompliziert. Mir gefällt‘s vor allem, dass die Wohnung enthält alles was man braucht und Schnickschnack-frei. Die Salzburger Altstadt ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten kein Problem damit, weil wir es auch gewusst haben und waren mit dem Auto mobil.

Die Wohnung war super, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe des Lifts. Check-in war unkompliziert und durchweg netter Kontakt. Nur zu empfehlen!

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

Simply amazing. You can see the snowy mountains right outside the house. Really close to beautifull locations such as Konigsee and Hintersee. Its a long way up, but its really worth!!

Karin is een heel vriendelijke host, ze reageerde altijd snel en hielp ons bij al onze verzoeken en vragen. Fijn dat de check-in en check-uit flexibel zijn, doordat de sleutel zelfstandig opgehaald kan worden. Het appartement is erg compleet, alles wat er nodig is voor een fijn verblijf is aanwezig. De locatie is super, de AreitXpress en meerdere supermarkten zijn binnen loopafstand.

Beautiful apartment and space! We hiked a lot and this was the perfect place to spend evenings and mornings. The view from the corner unit was just stunning.
