Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer (ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett - Breite 1,55m - und ein weiteres Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten - Breite 90cm), einem kombinierten Küchen-, Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich, Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC und Terrasse. In beiden Zimmern befinden sich ein Kleiderschrank und ein Schreibtisch mit Sessel.

La proprietà a due piani è la più antica casa di minatori sopravvissuta all'epoca in cui c'era una miniera nel monte Reither Kogel a St. Gertraudi. È composta da un soggiorno, una cucina completamente attrezzata, 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno (con doccia) e può quindi ospitare 4 persone.
