The house is located on the outskirts of the city, ideal for those passing through or wanting to avoid city traffic. You can park in a safe, closed yard, which is a big advantage; you don't have to unpack all your luggage, it's a perfect solution to avoid the parking misery prevailing in the city center; your car is safe here. The rooms are spacious and airy, with a huge inner courtyard and an upstairs terrace for morning coffee and evening wine (while enjoying beautiful sunsets). Everything is perfectly clean. It is also perfect for families, one room has a double bed and the other has a single bed. Each room has a TV; there is no kitchen, but there is a small fridge in the hallway and a coffee machine (capsule ready) which is great for the morning. The CBA store, where you can shop, is a few minutes' walk away. The hosts are helpful and very nice who speak very good English; we are glad to have met them! Thanks for everything!

Nagyon szerettük ezt a szállást, minden szükségletünknek megfelelt. Az egyik kisgyerekünk miatt fontos volt, hogy közel legyen a klinika, gyalog is. A másik miatt fontos volt, hogy legyen a közelben játszótér és zöld terület (Nagyerdő sétatávra van). Mindkettő miatt szeretjük a bérelt lakásokat, mert nagyobb életteret adnak, mint a hotelszobák, és ez a lakás pont olyan szép és rendezett, mint a képeken. Ferenc szinte azonnal válaszolt minden kérdésünk, könnyű volt vele a kommunikáció. Összességében csak ajánlani tudjuk ezt az apartmant, és mi is elsőként fogjuk megnézni, hogy szabad-e, ha megint Debrecenbe kell mennünk.

U Róberta boli na pobyte moji rodičia a tety. Poloha bola skvelá priamo v srdci Košíc v blízkosti Alžbetinho domu. Izby boli priestranné a postele i gauč dostatočne veľké. Akurát počas pobytu boli v rekonštrukcii vonkajšie priestory obytného domu, tak pri ďalšej návšteve to tam bude vyzerať ešte krajšie.

Just perfect - perfect appartment, will equiped, good communication with housekeepers, fast check in, 15 minutes from old city, 10 minutes to big shopping center, 4 minutes to closest supermarket, very quiet location. I think it's best option in Kosice

Wonderful stay in wonderful place with wonderful host. The apartment is on the main street with a balcony with a view on the main cathedral and opera house. Everything is close- attractions, restaurants, supermarket. The apartment is large with lots of space. The kitchen has all amenities one can think about. And the parking space is additional bonus- a rare find in the Košice old town.
