Sehr nettes, kleines Apartment. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone und gleich am Strand. Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants auch alles in der Nähe. Das Apartment hat eine gute Ausstattung und war sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super friendly welcome by Igor Angelina’s partner who met us at Rovinj Bus Station and took us to the apartment showing us all the services and local restaurants We were provided with Bikes and cold beers wine milk and water in the fridge It really was an outstanding welcome and throughout our stay Really liked the spacious apartment superb location and balcony overlooking the sea So great sunsets in the evening as well Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment Thank you Angelina and Igor we hope to return in the future

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage super- fast direkt am Meer. Mit Klimaanlage und Fliegengitter in der unteren Etage war es gut auszuhalten -Ende September. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Grado zu erkunden oder auch weitere Ausflüge nach Triest, aber auch Kroatien zu unternehmen. Einzig das nicht funktionierende Fernsehen hätte ein Problem werden können, wenn das Wetter schlecht gewesen wäre. Dann lieber kein Fernseher angeben. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Irma was very helpful and responsive. Locating the actual property was a bit tricky, we had to double park and call Irma who came outside to greet us. The address at Nikole Tesle 4 is the door with "Herak" on the letterbox. She helped us unload the luggage and drove us to the parking lot. She lives outside Porec, so it's best to ask any questions when she meets you. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and in a fantastic location, a short walk to the old town and restaurants/bars. Irma provided 2 sets of keys, a card for accessing parking, which was a 10min walk away, and a card to access the communal waste disposal bins downstairs. We couldn't get the washing machine to start so ended up going to a local laundromat which also had dryers (it rained for most of our stay). The old town was a treat and our visit to the Euphrasian Basilica was a highlight. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage, ruhig und zugleich zentral, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der private Strand mit eigenen Liegen und sogar einem Kanu, das den Gästen zur freien Verfügung steht – so etwas findet man in Italien nur selten! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Gastgeber – er war stets freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit, egal mit welchem Anliegen wir uns an ihn gewandt haben. Man fühlt sich hier einfach rundum wohl. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Es war sehr schön. Super Lage und sehr nette Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Schlafcouch wenn man noch ein paar Polster unter sie Matraze gibt in Ordnung. Die Adresse ist nicht so leicht zu finden, da sich Google Maps in den engen Gassen nicht so gut zurechtfindet. Haustüre gegenüber vom Hotel Laguna

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nella sorprendente Trieste usufruendo di questo alloggio. L’appartamento è così come in descrizione. Pulito, ben tenuto, in posizione ideale per visitare il centro di Trieste, per una rilassante passeggiata in riva al mare o per scoprire le bellezze del Carso. Comodo il parcheggio interno. L’host è stato gentile e discreto. Consigliato.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Schön groß und modern. War alles vorhanden was man braucht. Haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Vielen Dank. Gerne wieder

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft, wir durften auf Nachfrage auch deutlich früher einchecken und die Gastgeberin spricht gutes Deutsch. Der Strand ist gut erreichbar und ausgestattet, bietet schattige Plätze und eine schöne, preiswerte Strandbar. Das Wasser ist türkis, aber trüb & die Natur atemberaubend! Das einzige Manko, welches wir haben ist, dass die Bilder des Inserats veraltet sind. Die meisten Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mittlerweile ausgetauscht oder entfernt worden - das ist jedoch positiv, vor allem oben im Wohnzimmer - oder stehen woanders. Auch die große Wohnungsanlage direkt nebenan, existiert auf den Bildern noch gar nicht. Durch diese bleibt es vor allem im Außenbereich lange schattig. Das Dorf ist ruhig und leer, abgesehen von den Booten und Autos im Hafen und einem großem Kraftwerk nebenan. Es reisen jedoch viele Menschen täglich zum Strand & an einem Abend gab es dort sogar ein großes Konzert. Wir hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit und wurden nicht enttäuscht!

Sehr schönes Haus, wahnsinnig viel Platz für mehrere Gäste wunderbar. Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienunterkunft mehr als ausreichend. Ein kurzer Fußweg bis zum Meer. Etwas länger läuft man in die Stadt, aber ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Der Check in war persönlich und es wurde alles gezeigt. Immer wieder gerne!

Amazing place to stay! We did the Corsa della Bora race which started in Barcola (400m away) so the location was ideal. 3 adults and one 2year old child. Rene had a bed available for the little one, towels, blankets, bed sheets etc. - everything available and clean. Could not have wished for more! We got sent the exact adress shortly before including pictures on where to get up - the flat is at the top of a couple stairs, can't see it from the road but Rene and his wife / son came down to help us carry lagguage and showed us around. Parking slots down by the road (no time limit, for free). Great place to stay for a city trip to Triest and around! Grazie per tutti, Rene!

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, dieses milde Klima noch im Oktober, alles sehr besonders. wir haven es sehr genossen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus undxeknen eigenen Zugang zum Meer über Treppen, unvergleichlich. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist gewagt, aber machbar. Mücken wsren auch im Oktober noch sehr lästig. Es war zu unserem Zeitpunkt kein Supermarkt offen ,einkaufen besser in Labin. Gaststätte war eine offen und eine Pizzeria im nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Renata war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Einzigst negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass in der Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine die Rede ist. Diese gab es zumindest bei uns nicht. Sonst war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Everything was fine. The appartment was clean and big enough. The location was great and directly next to the sea. Thx to Andrej for the proactive messaging and for his recommendations. It was overall a pleasent stay.

Apartamento maravilhoso em uma ótima localização em Trieste. Fizemos tudo a pé, embora transporte público fique próximo. Apartamento muito bem montado, com linda decoração, cozinha completa e muito bem equipada, inclusive com alimentos! Minha casa em Trieste!!!!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Diana. Casa molto confortevole, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario; situata in una bellissima area molto tranquilla di fronte al porto. Posto auto comodissimo. Host perfetto che ha sempre risposto velocemente e precisamente alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati come a casa. Sicuramente torneremo! Paolo and Karen's apartment is centrally located in the historical area of Trieste - great as a base to travel and visit family/friends ! Clean, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in perfect location. Close to bars, restaurants, the marina, Piazza Unitá, Piazza della Borsa, 15 min walk from the train station, numerous supermarkets and public transport. Location makes it easy to walk the city and explore. Paolo and Karen were responsive to queries and requests and were there to provide recommendations and assist when required (even needing to purchase a new toaster). Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay in your apartment while we visited magical Trieste!

Apartman je potpuno odgovarao opisu, plus dodate sarm koji ima uživo, i onda je jos lepsi. Prostor je relativno mali, ali sjajno organizovan. Sve je na svom mestu. Stancic je tih, ususkan, topao i romantičan. Natasha i Sammuele su jako proaktivni i dele sve informacije unapred. Ostavljen je čitav "book" preporuka sta da vidite, gde da odete, gde da jedete. Ulica je dva minuta od obale. Stan je na četvrtom spratu što će vam dati sjajan pogled, sve do dvorca Miramare.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean, well designed. The balcony is amazing, big with view on the sea and small boat's port. Alenka is very helpful and nice person. City is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we would like to visit this apartment again. Thank you :)
