Als kleiner Badesee auf halben Weg zwischen der Bezirksstadt Feldkirchen und der ländlichen Marktgemeinde Weitensfeld, liegt er fernab von touristischen Zentren in einem Landschaftsschutzgebiet. Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

A small kitchen allows you to prepare meals throughout the year, and in the summer season, a summer kitchen is also available The alpine house also contains a private Finnish sauna. The house measures 50 square meters.

On the ground floor, there is a small bathroom and a living area with a kitchen and access to the garden. Upstairs, reached by very steep stairs, is a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
