Wien-Umgebung District: soggiorni in alloggi dove è consentito fumare

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Igors Wohnung. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirklich gemütlich. Auch die Schlafcouch ist für Erwachsene geeignet nd bequem, wie das eigentliche Bett natürlich auch. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig in einer kleinen grünen Straße und zur Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist es ein Katzensprung. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos, Tiefgaragenplatz ganz in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Igor lief perfekt, Antworten immer unverzüglich. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt, obwohl wir zu 4 Erwachsenen und einem Säugling da waren. Faxit: Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert. Danke für eine gute Zeit in Wien.

Ottima esperienza, la casa è veramente bella e anche più grande di quello che sembra in foto. Vicino c’è la fermata del tram che passa molto spesso fino a mezzanotte e mezza. Comodo anche dall’aeroporto con la linea S7. Unica pecca gli asciugamani forniti erano davvero molto piccoli e rovinati.

The location is ideal, not right in the city center but close to it with perfect tram connections. The neighborhood offers multiple options for dining out, breakfast and cafe bars. Our favorite place is just 80 meters from the apartment, called Cafe Weimar. For elderly people it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the second floor without elevator.

Great location. That’s the most important thing. You can walk easily to the city center, Bus, subway or Tram is within a 5min walk or less. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Surprisingly the apartment is located in a quiet street and the building itself is really quiet, so excellent to relax. Everything went very well.

Our stay was great! It was very clean and very nice for a short stay. I would definitely book with Almedina again when I come back to Vienna. He was very helpful, and was very easy to reach him. This apartment is absolutely unique, filled with contemporary art and interesting furniture, which makes the visit even more special. It is located in a beautiful old house, just a short walk from all the museums and other attractions. As a host, Catherine was always quick to respond and gave lots of amazing recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to do. Highly recommended!

We really enjoy our stay at Victoria's comfy and tastefully furnished apartment. Good beds and a quiet neighbourhood had us sleep like babies. There 's a few good breakfast places close by, perfect to start the day. And a lively district on the other side of Währinger Strasse subway stop if you feel like having dinner nearby to finish your day trip. Highly recommended:)

Ein echter Volltreffer! Die Wohnung - eigentlich ein Gartenhaus - eignet sich perfekt, um einen Städtetrip mit erholsamem Ambiente auf dem Land zu verbinden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten an der U-Bahn Richtung Zentrum. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen auf einem großen Gartengrundstück, super zum Ausruhen, volle Privatsphäre. Hofer und Billa sind ganz in der Nähe. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Und alles sehr sauber! Gastgeber Wolfgang ist sehr freundlich und bei Bedarf stets zur Stelle, um auch gute Tipps zu geben. Sehr netter, angenehmer Kontakt. Herzlichen Dank, Wolfgang, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic and very stylish place with great amenities, ideal for a relaxed time in a nice village close to Vienna

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato 6 notti per capodanno presso la fantastica Haus di Sabine e Pablo e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene! Loro sono due host coi fiocchi: molto simpatici, cordiali e disponibili a chiarire ogni nostro dubbio! Il check-in e il check out sono stati estremamente semplici da effettuare e la posizione della casa è tutto sommato comoda per raggiungere la città di Vienna, meta principale della nostra vacanza. Noi ci siamo mossi in auto e abbiamo impiegato circa 30 min per raggiungere la città. L’Haus è dotata anche di un posto auto ed è circondata da tanto verde e da tanti animali! È un posto caratterizzato da notevole tranquillità, perfetto per chi vuole godersi una vacanza lontano dal caos della città. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!!

Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen und ruhigen Lage – perfekt zum Entspannen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zeynep war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und werde sie in Zukunft gerne öfter mit meinen Kindern und meiner Familie mieten. Vielen Dank, Zeynep!

Alles wie beschrieben, eine super Location um nach Wien oder ins Umland zu kommen, um dort was zu unternehmen.

Sehr schönes Haus ohne direkte Nachbarn nähe des Semmerings. Optimal ein paar Tage die Ruhe zu genießen oder Wandern zu gehen (waren im Sommer dort). Wir waren 10 Freunde und auch das war für die Gastgeber:innen kein Problem. so wurde uns alles gut erklärt und das Haus auch nochmal vor unserer Ankunft gegenfecheckt. Auch beim Check-in und Check-out war man flexibel. Rundum waren wir happy und es entsprach unseren Vorstellungen :)

Our stay was magical. a beautiful old 4th generation family home, it felt like a privilege to be there. Listening to the stream and the birds in the morning from a very comfy bed. We loved the fact we could get onto hiking trails easily, and just a few minutes drive to town. Lovely responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

Wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern für 1 Woche in der Wohnung von Hanno. Die Wohnung ist super Kinderfreundlich da nichts unnötiges rumliegt oder kaputt gehen kann. Die Wohnung ist sauber und hatte genug Platz für uns 4. Von der Wohnung aus kommt man überall schnell hin da Strassenbahn, Bus oder S Bahn in direkter nähe. The house was nice and tidy (all sevices displayed were available). Great spots around to chill. And more importantly, easy access to public transport. Highly recommended

Ilona hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben uns sofort sehr wilkommen gefühlt. Sie war überaus hilfsbereit und herzlich, diskret und gastfreundlich. Wir hatten einen eigenen Schlüssel für die Wohnung, konnten kommen und gehen wann wir wollten und hatten jederezit uneingeschränkt Zugang zur Küche, dem Bad und natürlich dem WC. Den Aufenthalt bei Ilona können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen und wir kommen auch gerne wieder.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage!

The apartment was very nice, everything was clean and it had all the things and amenities that were listed. The host is also great and communicative, he was responsive and gave me clear instructions and answered all my questions. Check-in went smoothly and there were no problems. If you arrive by car and you plan on parking there, keep in mind that you’ll be paying additional 20€/per night. It wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but when I asked about it, I was told to reserve my parking space for this price.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und auch sehr ruhig. Im Sommer ist sie angenehm schattig. Besonders genossen haben wir den Balkon zum Frühstücken! Einzig die Treppe zum Hochbett ist recht steil, dafür hat sie aber ein Geländer
