Spend a relaxing peaceful stay at our self-contained studio at beautiful Kuaotunu. The studio is separate from the main house and has it's own outdoor patio. Kuaotunu beach is only 2 minutes walk away and even in summer never gets crowded. 10 mins walk to the Kuaotunu village where you will find the famous Luke's Kitchen restaurant, Kua Kawhe Cafe and the well stocked general store. And not forgetting the local ice cream store! Large reserve, Tennis courts and Petanque court are right next door.

The home is on 2330m of land in a forest setting with a large flat beachfront lawn. The 4.5km white sand beach is a minute stroll across the foreshore reserve & the golf course is a 2min walk away. The rear deck enjoys forest views whilst the master & guest bedrooms, living areas & front deck all enjoy glorious unobstructed sea views.

Across the drive is the 3rd cottage/bathroom facilities /kitchen sink, hot and cold water/washing machine.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Taid View sits on the Wyuna Bay peninsula with water views on both sides. 4km from Coromandel town which is a healthy walk (if fit!) or a 5 minute drive. Fully fitted kitchen, BBQ, kayaks, games, books and music system to make your stay memorable. There is a cot available at $60 for the stay, infants are charged at additional guest rate if a bed is required.

Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.

Awesome Lost Spring hot pools only 100m away. Take an easy short walk to beach, ferry and town centre. Hire electric bikes, go across the ferry and ride to Cooks beach and even Hahei. Hire kayaks and take a scenic row in the Estuary and waterways. Newly renovated, separate entrance to studio apartment. Own bathroom on suite. Studio attached to main house. Own small private deck with cooking facilities, with electric fry pan and BBQ.
