Self contained guest suite in Havelock North.

One bedroom, self contained guest suite in Havelock North, 3 minute drive from the village. The guest house is underneath our home with its own entrance and patio and locked off from the main house. You will have use of your own full kitchen and bathroom. We live (and sometimes work) upstairs, so there is some foot noise but we try to keep this to a minimum when we have guests. There is also an inquisitive kitten that lives at the property. Great morning sun and private patio for a coffee/wine.

Sun drenched and private 3 bedroom home with a pool. Open flow with spacious lounge and dining. Bedrooms include 1 master with en-suite, and another queen room with a separate bathroom. There is a third bedroom which is used as a nursery but has a single bed, a cot, and can priced single air beds. There is a small cat at the property that we have adopted, but can get my in-laws to feed if this is an issue. Cleaning cost includes linen and towels.
