A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave, grill press and BBQ, perfect for self catering. The studio has extensive wrap around decking for al fresco dining, surrounded by beautiful native gardens, perfect for that relaxing afternoon drink.

Situated on quiet cul de sac a few minutes drive to the town or to the beautiful Whangamata beach. A short walk past the RSA and Whangamata Club can take you into town to the shops and restaurants Off road parking available and the property is fully fenced and pet friendly. There is a good sized grass area which is a shared area.

There is no internet or TV so you can have a quiet getaway where you can forget the stresses of life & relax. We are on the Kauaeranga Valley Rd close to all the walking tracks, so if you are wanting to walk the tracks during the day & stay with us at night the cabin would be perfect for you.

Cooks Beach Studio Escape

A little update for our lovely guests. This studio, as shown in the main photos, is available for stays until 30 April. In May we’ll be closing briefly while we create a beautiful new, larger 30sqm studio in its place. From 1 June, guests will enjoy the brand new space, thoughtfully designed and finished to the same high standard and relaxed coastal style you know and love.
