Das frisch renovierte und erweiterte Appartement befindet sich im Herzen von Füssen, mitten in der romantischen Fußgängerzone. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nahezu sichtbarer Reichweite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen Stadt und Region bieten Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Wandern, Biken, Baden, Wintersport, alles ist saisonsbedingt möglich. Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

Meine Unterkunft ist direkt an den Allgäuer Alpen. Im Sommer wundervoll zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren / Mountainbiken. Im Winter kann man Skifahren und Langlaufen. Es gibt wundervolle Badeseen, Königsschlösser, mittelalterliche Burgruinen und viele kulturelle Verastaltungen. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der ruhigen, freistehenden und unverbauten Lage. Herrlichem Bergblick und wunderschöner Natur. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Coronainfo: Da uns die Sicherheit unserer Gäste sehr wichtig ist, wird die gesamte Ferienwohnung vor/ nach jedem Gast gründlichst gereinigt und desinfiziert. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt, -falls gewünscht-, völlig kontaktlos! Unsere gemütliche neu renovierte große Ferienwohnung in Lechaschau befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Bauernhaus direkt an der B189 (inner Orts) ins Lechtal. Da es sich um ein sehr altes Haus handelt, ist die Deckenhöhe im Vergleich zu Neubauten recht niedrig.

Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle und Fahrradverleih in direkter Nachbarschaft sowie der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (nur kleine Autos, s. 'Zugang für Gäste') vereinfachen den Aufenthalt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zurückversetzt im Hof/Garten bzw. am Lech und komplett im 1. Obergeschoss.Über den Lech genießt man einen romantischen Blick auf das ehemalige Kloster St.Mang und das Hohe Schloss zu Füssen. Einkaufen, Bummeln, Essengehen... ohne Verkehrsmittel möglich.

Molte attività ricreative, laghi, impianti sportivi (sci, ciclismo, trekking, ...) e attrazioni (Castello di Neuschwanstein) sono nelle nostre vicinanze. Utilizza l'ottima posizione del nostro appartamento come punto di partenza per l'attività desiderata.

The apartment is 130m2 and has two terraces and enough space for families and groups, you can use two living rooms and a kitchen, as well as a bathroom and a toilet. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
