Holiday appartment in Oberammergau

Our flat was renovated in March 2013. You can expect a bright and modern living room with space for up to three people. The kitchenette is equipped with a dish-washer, stove, coffee/espresso maker, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, fridge and sink. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The bed room is on the first floor and offers a cozy double bed as well as a flat-screen TV with DVD-player. There is also a private terrace attached to the flat, with sunlight for almost the entire day as well as a garden. The house is built entirely of native wood and offers a particularly healthy living comfort. About Oberammergau: The small town of Oberammergau is located in the Bavarian Alps. It hosts the famous Oberammergau Passion Play every ten years. Much of its charme is due to the village's historical colourful houses ('Lüftlmalerei'). But Oberammergau is also an active community: a cinema, a theatre, a few museums and a variety of cafés and restaurants make Oberammergau a nice place to live. You can also easily reach the famous castles of Linderhof and Neuschwanstein (by car it will take you 15 or 45 min respectively to reach the castles). The Ettal Abbey is about 2 miles/4 km from Oberammergau, and you can walk or cycle there. In the winter, the Bavarian Alps are a skiing region. Oberammergau offers ski lifts for amateurs and pros alike. Garmisch-Partenkirchen (20 min by car) is Germany's largest ski ressort. We are member of the Königscard initiative, which means that you will be able to use the swimming pools, ski lifts, museums and many other activities (including boat tours, guided tours in the snow, theatre plays...) in Oberammergau and the entire region (Tirol, Ammergauer Alpen, Blaues Land, Allgäu) for free! There is more information available on the Königscard website which you can easily find with a search engine. This is a great offer for anyone who would like to make the most of their holiday and is entirely for free for you!

Unsere Ferienwohnung (in einem 3-Familienhaus) im Souterrain, liegt zwischen München und Garmisch - Partenkirchen, mitten im “Pfaffenwinkel“.Der optimale Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge zu Sehenswürdigkeiten oder auch sportliche Aktivitäten wie Wandern oder Radfahren. Größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findet man in Weilheim, Peißenberg oder Murnau. Außerdem liegt ein natürlicher Badeweiher mit kleiner Kneippeinrichtung circa 1km entfernt und ermöglicht spontanes Erfrischen zu jeder Tageszeit

Unsere moderne Lodge befindet sich als abgeschlossenes Appartement über 2 Etagen mit Balkon + Loggia direkt am Ortsrand. 1,5 Schlafzimmer, Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Duschbad, großzügiger Balkon und überdachte Terrasse. Genießen Sie ein atemberaubendes Alpenpanorama. Unser Umland ist bekannt für zahllose Badeseen und eine unberührte Hochmoornatur mit Wäldern. Dazu Thermen, Sport und mehr. Kulturhighlights, Schlösser und Kulinarik runden Ihren Besuch ab.

Romantische Gartenwohnung am Wildbach Halblech

Das liebevoll eingerichtete, lichtdurchflutete Appartement mit eigenem Hauseingang vom Garten aus ist in einem Siedlungshaus am Halblech gelegen. Es ist 43 qm groß, Wohn- und Schlafbereich sind nicht durch eine Türe getrennt. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Paare oder Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Ein Doppelbett, 180 x 200, und eine Schlafcouch 140 x 195 bieten ausreichend Platz. Die kleine Kochnische ist mit Induktions-Kochfeld, Kühlschrank und Spüle ausgestattet.

Traumhaft Wohnen im idyllischen Anwesen

Das Turmhaus liegt in einem bezaubernden, stillen und sehr großzügigen Gartengrundstück umgeben von Blumenwiesen und Obstgärten im wunderschönen Ortsteil St. Georgen. Von hier sind es ca. 15 Gehminuten zum Ammersee, dem Dampfersteg und den Seeanlagen mit Künstlerpavillon. Häuser und Garten sind aus einer harmonischen Gesamtidee entstanden denn es ist mir sehr wichtig dass sich meine Gäste hier genauso wohl fühlen wie ich. Haustiere bitte extra anfragen !

Our “Waldhütte” in the Five Lakes Region/Pfaffenwinkel is perfect for peace and nature – with great access to castles, lakes, mountains, and Munich. Our 120 year old in nouveau art house is located in the beautiful and astonishing prealpine lands right in between Munich and the famous castles. Our guesthome has a big kitchen with everything you need to cook, two cosy and indivilual bed rooms and a modern bathroom. The living room has a romantic fireplace. Unterammergau, in schönster Lage gelegen, ist unsere Heimat, die wir gerne mit Gästen teilen .Unsere Ferienwohnung ist im 1.Stock, daß bedeutet, das 2 mal 8 Stufen überwunden werden müssen. Es sind die zwei schönsten und sonnigsten Räume im Haus ,vom großen Balkon hat man eine gute Sicht auf die umliegende Berge.

Urlaub an den Ammergauer Alpen

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf Berge, um Seen oder einfach nur gemütliche Spaziergänge durch die wunderschöne Landschaft der Ammergauer Alpen. Saulgrub hat einen Bahnhof,Busanbindung und Supermarkt und ist somit auch ohne PKW der perfekte Urlaubsort.

Alleinstehendes Holzhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Inmitten einer Streuobstwiese liegt unser Ferienhaus in Alleinlage. Der alte aus dem 16. Jahrhundert stammende Teil wurde früher als Getreidespeicher genutzt. Die große Terrasse ist zur alleinigen Nutzung für unsere Gäste. Gartenmöbel, Liegestühle und Grill sind vorhanden.
