The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are warmly welcome. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request. A parking space is available free of charge directly in the yard. Numerous excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in the immediate vicinity.

Affittiamo un apartamento a Salisburgo - Gneis in una casa unifamiliare con cucinino e bagno privato. Si trova nel scantinato della casa. C’è un giardino che si può anche usare. L’autobus numero 5 porta verso centro storico (12 min) e stazione (23 min) é a 2 min di distanza. Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada davanti alla casa.Da qui si visita il famoso Salzkammergut con i suoi lagi,St.Wolfgang e Hallstatt.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Wir leben in Deutschland, in der Touristenregion Berchtesgadener Land, am Rand der Berchtesgadener und Salzburger Alpen in der Gemeinde Ainring. Ein Kfz wäre von Vorteil. Kostenfreier Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
