Ideal für alle, die Sightseeing, Kultur oder Outdoor Activities interessieren. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit bist du in Salzburg, Bad Reichenhall, Berchtesgaden oder am Königssee. Eingebettet in die wunderschöne Salzburger Landschaft mit direktem Blick auf die Berge und doch in Stadtnähe liegt in ruhiger sonniger Lage die ca. 48 m2 große, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Panoramabalkon. Stadt besichtigen und Natur erleben von einen Wohnplatz der besonderen Art😊 Flughafen/ Autobahn sind schnell erreichbar, jedoch nicht hörbar! Wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist die Bushaltestelle(in 20min im Stadtzentrum), ein renommiertes Gasthaus, sowie ein kleiner Bäckerladen.

Unser Apartment ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Unter anderem bietet es eine Emma-Matratze, Wohnraumlüftung und einen separaten Eingang! Es befindet sich ganz in der Nähe von Salzburg. Die Bushaltestelle liegt nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und mit dem Bus (30min)/Auto (20min) ist man schnell im Stadtzentrum. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich der Grünauerhof und das Hotel Königgut! Beide sind zu Fuß erreichbar und bieten kulinarische Köstlichkeit. Zwei Spielplätze sind auch fußläufig erreichbar!

The lovingly furnished 75 m² apartment in the district Maxglan West (Salzburg city) is located on the 2nd floor of a multiple dwelling. My wife, me and our 2 children live on the floor below. The bright apartment with attics has just been partly renovated and newly furnished. It is also well equipped for the needs of families. We offer a small play corner, a crib if required and a high chair. All windows in the flat have child safety locks. NEW: A washer-dryer is available free of charge.

Welcome to the Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg! The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Salzburg, surrounded by green meadows with a magnificent view of the mountains. With a direct bus connection, only 600 meters away, you can get directly to the city center of Salzburg. A restaurant and bakery are within walking distance. Many excursion destinations can be reached by public transport or by car. This can be parked in the free car park directly at the accommodation.

Pretty Apartment in the most beautiful area of Salzburg, situated between the Castle Hellbrunn and the Oldtown of Salzburg. You live in the city, but you feel like on the countryside. The apartment offers a little terrace with a beautiful view to the Untersberg, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a sleeping room. Separated from the main house & extra entrance. Free parking (along the street) and 2 bikes are included!

Roses Cottage close to the heart of Salzburg

Welcome to your holiday apartment in Salzburg. It is located in the suburbs of the beautiful city of Salzburg and you can explore the city easily with the bus. the house is around 3 km away from the city center but the bus station is only 50 m away from the house and leaves every 15 minutes. The flat is completely new renovated and has everything for a spoilt holiday. I m a tour guide and would love to give you some advice (if you want so).

Country Life - farm Thürlmühle

The residential unit is located on the upper floor of the converted farm building in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance. Families with children are very welcome. Baby bed and high chair are available on request. A parking lot is available directly in the courtyard - free of charge. A lot of excursion destinations and Salzburg Airport are in clos proximity.

Willkommen im City-Apartment – ideal für Business oder Städtetrip! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Shoppingcenter Europark sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in 3 Minuten. Messezentrum und Altstadt sind schnell per Bus erreichbar (ca. 20 Min.). Kostenfreies Parken direkt an der Straße möglich. Zusätzliche Kosten – Ortstaxe (Kurtaxe): • 3,50 € pro Person und Nacht

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Unser Schwalbennest soll euch aus dem schnelllebigen Alltag holen und mit dem urigen Holz Sichtdachstuhl etwas Ruhe wiedergeben. Der Ausblick von dem Balkon im Dachgeschoss zeigt im Hintergrund den Untersberg in Berchtesgaden sowie den Gaisberg in Salzburg. Wir wollen euch in unserem Haus willkommen heißen und hoffen euch mit unserer Holzliebe ein Stück Berchtesgaden näher zu bringen.
