This self-contained apartment is situated at the cove end of Langs Beach and set on the first storey of a newly built holiday home but is completely private and perfect for a couple's getaway or a family or group of four.

Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

Located approx. 10 minute drive from Ruakaka, Marsden Point and One Tree Point, there is plenty to explore, including Marsden Cove Marina & McLeods Brewery all close by.
