Can easily accommodate two adults plus 1 child at no extra cost (queen bed + sofa). Own carpark, outdoor kitchen sink with hot/cold water. Toaster, microwave, electric frypan, small BBQ available. Unlimited wifi. Access to washing machine. Complimentary tea & coffee. ** N.B. there is no hot plate or kitchen sink inside the dwelling. **

The property has an outdoor dining area. There is excellent Starlink Wifi.

Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.
