Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

L'appartamento si trova al piano terra della casa con accesso diretto al giardino. I padroni di casa abitano al piano superiore, ma non utilizzano i servizi come la piscina stagionale, il barbecue, il calcio balilla, le freccette, la terrazza soleggiata e la zona relax che sono a disposizione esclusiva degli ospiti. Ci sono mercati e caffè nelle vicinanze.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The Kaufland store and shopping center RETAIL PARK Rovinj is 650 meters away. At the end of the street a minute walk (60 meters) from the apartment there is free secured PARKING for your car.
