This cozy tiny house is situated directly in the heart of the old town of Baška. Two separate bedrooms, one on the first level one in the attic, kitchen with the living room and a nice balcony on the second level and a small bathroom is what this 47m2 apartment consists of. Both the attic and the 1st floor have an air conditioner. Ideal for a family holiday: the beach just in front of the house, no need of any transportation, private parking on 300 m from the accommodation. .

Fin dall'inizio, era chiaro che si sarebbe trattato di un'azienda di famiglia che sarebbe stata trasmessa alle figlie, ma in seguito ai nipoti. Poiché i proprietari tengono molto alla tradizione e alla famiglia in un ambiente simile, ospitiamo i nostri ospiti. Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.
