La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

L'appartamento è situato all'interno della nostra casa familiare di architettura risalente al periodo austro-ungarico. Molto vicina al centro città, a solo 3 minuti di distanza (a piedi) dal magnifico Anfiteatro. e circa 8 minuti. Per raggiungere a piedi il centro storico, i bar, ristoranti, pub, gallerie servono dai 5 agli 8 min. Tutte le nostre spiagge cittadine si trovano nel raggio di 3-4 Km. Tutti i piccoli villaggi distano circa 5-10 km dall'appartamento. La fermata del bus a 300m.

You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. Modern and fully renovated and upgraded holiday home from April 2024. Fit for up to four people. One bedroom, one bathroom house with spacious kitchen and living room. Extra couch that can be streched to fit two adult people. Pool with newly added heating and colling features. Add on sauna with olivegarden view. Free use of bikes, barbeque and badminton are some of the options to enjoy at the house.

Die Lage ist super, das Haus befindet sich zwischen Pula und NP kap Kamenjak Viele verschiedene Strände sind in der Nähe und mit Fahrrad erreichbar. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Parkplatz ist privat.

Naša kuća za odmor je jedinstveno mjesto u neposrednoj blizini Amfiteatra Arena. Smještena u sporednoj tihoj ulici sa zelenom privatnom oazom prepunom autohtonog bilja.
