Via Gjuhadol è una delle strade più famose della città. La proprietà si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Museo Nazionale della Fotografia Marubi e a 5 minuti dalla Cattedrale Cattolica di Santo Stefano, conosciuta come la Grande Chiesa. La moschea Ebu Beker si trova a soli 7 minuti da casa.

La casa è vecchia ma ricostruita negli anni 2002-2008. Ha un valore architettonico poiché è stato preservato senza danni perché gli interventi di ricostruzione sono eseguiti con cura. La casa è affidabile e ha due camere al primo piano di cui una con camino a legna e un piccolo bagno. La distanza dalle città di Scutari e Lezha è di circa 23 km. Al piano terra c'è una cucina completamente attrezzata e un bagno che offre tutti i servizi.

Private house located in rrjoll just 500 meter from beach , air conditioner in all rooms , peacefull and quiet with private yard for free parking with shadow, barbeque zone for you and your familly and a relaxing place in yard. The house it have kitchen , tv room , two bedrooms, one bathroom, one it is with a double bed and the other one with two single beds plus one sofa which it can open. It have two balconies with nice view.
