U okviru obiteljske kuće nudimo dva apartmana.U velikom apartmanu koji se nalazi na drugom katu obiteljske kuće nudimo smještaj za osam osoba. Sve sobe imaju zaseban balkon s kojeg se pruža jedinstven pogled na luku Malog Lošinja. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se i prostrana terasa koja pruža mogućnost mirnog doručka ili večere na otvorenom prostoru. Manji apartman nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće i pruža smještaj za četiri osobe. Kuća je u blizini centra ,a do uređene plaže je pet minuta hoda.

Nei vicoli della città alta, a due passi dalla bellissima baia di Val d’Arche una casa tradizionale completamente ristrutturata dal sapore mediterraneo e familiare con un piccolo cortile silenzioso dove consumare la colazione e la cena. La cucina spaziosa è dotata di ogni comfort, le stanze si affacciano luminose su un boschetto di alloro, a dieci minuti c’è il centro, i ristoranti e i locali vivaci. Chi ama muoversi a piedi può raggiungere in mezz’ora altre magnifiche baie aperte al tramonto.

Charming two-story house in the historic center of Mali Lošinj. This renovated 19th-century home is just steps from the bustling town center. The highlight of the home is the private patio, with a BBQ and outdoor dining area. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly to the patio. The house sleeps up to 5 guests. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor; one has its own terrace, while the other provides a lovely view of the town. A sofa in the living room can sleep one extra person.

If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

Apartman je smješten na prvom katu i ima terasu sa pogledom na more. Opremljen je bračnim krevetom i ima kauč na razvlačenje. Na korištenje imate besplatan parking koji se nalazi pored kuće, također je dostupan i roštilj sa natkrivenim stolom koji dijelite sa ostalim gostima. U blizini se nalazi više plaža od onih za djecu do stjenovitih plaža opremljenih sa ljestvama za u more. Također u blizini je plaža za pse. Udaljenosti plaža je 2 - 10 minuta hodanja.
