The nearest shop is 5-minutes walk away. The nearest beach is 250 metres away. There is a cafe-restaurant and a community pool on the beach. The guests will be required to pay 200 Euros in cash as a deposit, which is fully refundable in case there are no damages upon check out.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Water in the house is not for drinking (technical water). Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.

This beautiful, newly renovated house is just a 3 minute walk to the sea. With ceiling to floor windows in the living and dining area, you have a constant, fantastic view of the quiet little bay with beach and restaurant. Grapevines garnish the lower terrace, while the large rooftop terrace is available for sunbathing and relaxing. It’s a 10 minute walk to the village of Utjeha, but the next larger town is Ulcinj, with the Adriatic’s longest beach.

This is our family old house , renovated to rent, when we are away. Situated in residental part of Bar , near beach Susanj. It has a lovely garden, comfortable living room with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. You can enjoy all of this, but we are using attick above with own entrance, so you have totally private part of house.

The apartment has a hallway, two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. From the living room, a huge window offers a wonderful view of the sea and the city. It is fully equipped and comfortable for a stay, a set of bed linen, dishes for cooking and eating, a large TV with cable channels and internet. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or in the yard.
