A romantic Tuscan retreat

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the sauna room /relaxation area and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests,an ideal location for those who enjoy outdoor activities such as walking,trekking and mountain bike. We offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo.

La Veranda è ubicata a Settignano, piccolo borgo distante dal centro di Firenze solo 6 Km, servito dall’autobus n.10, il cui capolinea è di fronte al cancello di accesso alla Veranda. Nella suggestiva cornice dei calanchi umbri, in posizione tranquilla e molto panoramica dépendance su unico livello con portico privato, ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura, due camere e un bagno. A pochi minuti dall'autostrada A1 e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Fabro-Ficulle, l'abitazione è ottima per un soggiorno rilassante a metà strada tra Roma e Firenze. Non possiamo accettare bambini. Ci sono 2 grandi cani. Vi preghiamo di notare che le spese di riscaldamento sono escluse dal prezzo.

Casale Monticchio / The Barns, up to 5 people

Two adjoining barns gave us 120sqm to form this guest house. Where possible, we have left all the stone walls exposed so there is a warm atmosphere throughout the year. Once upon a time was a mezzanine level in one of the barns so we reinstated it to create the second sleeping area above what is now the living room. With the help of a local blacksmith, we were able to make a 4m high single door, linking the terrace to the living room.

L'essiccatoio

The house is in a good location for country walks, wildlife, sun, and sightseeing. It's in a nature filled valley with easy routes to interesting places like Siena or smaller towns such as Montone. The house is desirable because of the location, the people, the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the neighborhood. This small place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Wi-fi access has recently been improved in the house.

I Limoni di Thule: Sea Views + Garden Terrace

This studio has A/C, Wi-Fi Internet Access, kitchen area with fridge and cooking facilities, queen-size bed, TV, built-in safe, private bathroom with shower and best of all an ensuite sea view balcony + a garden terrace with breathtaking views! Located in a quiet position next to the castle that dominates over the village, the studio is a ten minute walk from the historical center and train station.
