Villa Giotto

Villa Giotto is a fantastic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom semi-detached villa, with modern comforts such as air conditioning, internet, and WIFI. Set on top of a hill in a panoramic position close to Volterra, it boasts stunning 360-degree views from its large private gardens and terraces and the communal pool. The large open-plan lounge is a very comfortable and sociable space with three sets of patio doors to take in the views, and there is a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dishwasher.

Il Vigneto

'Il Vigneto' is a traditional stone house with terracotta tiles and exposed beams. A magnificent swimming pool over seven meters in length benefits from having full sun throughout the day. Adjacent to the pool is an extensive outdoor eating area along with a built-in BBQ. and Pizza oven. Inside, the house is spacious and immaculate with a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining room, that also contains a sofa bed. There are two double bedrooms a bathroom with shower and a utility room room.

Cottage with private terrass on a sustainable farm

The cottage is located on La Ca’ Solare a beautiful organic farm from the 19-century on a sweet hill with a large pool. You can have a beautiful three room cottage (40sqm) with a marvelous view. Upon reservation breakfast buffet is available at the price of 13€ per person/day. Dinner is served some days with fixed menu and organic products. Dogs are welcome and the cost is 10€/day. AC is available and costs 5€/day. Tourist tax 2€ per day/person from 10 years old and max 5 days.

THE NEST

The Nest is located in the countryside between Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio and Lake Bolsena. It is a large private estate surrounded by about 100 acres of woodland totally at your disposal for unique nature walks in the wilderness. The Nest is a completely self contained bungalow with use of kitchen and laundry and a wood stove. It is ideal for people that want complete peace, and to be fully immersed in nature, literally nestled in an oak grove bird lovers will be overjoyed.

I can book you a winetasting and visit to the historic cellars. I know my place is great for couples. La casa è dei miei genitori e sta praticamente nel nostro giardino, in centro abitato di Tuoro sul Trasimeno a due passi dalle rive del lago. Può ospitare comodamente 4 persone ed ha il suo giardino privato con piscina privata.
