It is situated in residential area. 10 min walk to the central train and bus station and another 10- 15 min walk from there to the heart of old town. Public transport 2min walk from the property, free bike rental station 5 min away, grocery shop 2 min walk. There is a private garden, separated from house by a small gravel road at the back of the house . Free parking on property.
