Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Чудове помешкання, дуже просторе та має все необхідне для тривалого проживання - навіть машинку для сушки одягу. Безперечно, одна з найкращих квартир, де ми зупинялись. Є місце для паркування авто. Господарі дуже привітні та завжди були готові допомогти, якщо виникали проблеми

The location was great. Paola was extremely responsive to all of our questions and had great insight. Our luggage was lost and when it arrived we weren’t going to be back for hours and was able to open the door and place the luggage inside. Usually I don’t ask lots of questions but there were things I couldn’t find so I’d ask her and she’d respond so quickly. My boys loved the hot tub! We were close enough to old town but were able to have a peaceful quiet night. There are restaurants within a stones throw that were good. I would 100% recommend this place and huge thank you to Paola! We love Croatia and it was such a beautiful first trip!

Highly recommend, Sergio very good men, you can check in at any time, just inform him in advice about your arriving time, the apartment was very clean, all like in offer, very good location, 25 minutes walk to centre, in area 400m big markets, and restaurants, also Sergio can give and advise how to spend time in Zadar, how plan your vacation, which place you should visit, and when. Everything was perfect!

Apartment is well located near to the city centre (2 min walks) and beach Plava (6 min walks). Our apartment was on the first floor (bedroom, living room together with kitchen, bathroom (no problem with water pressure) and balcony). Apartment was clean, kitchen was equipped with basic cooking accessories (enough for us, for dinners we went to restaurants), bedsheets, towels (changed 1 per week), A/C, steam iron, two TVs, wi-fi, parking outside, etc. Groceries, restaurants, cafés are near to the apartment. The street was very quiet and calm. If you consider visiting Plava beach, I definitely recommend this apartment. The second beach (near to Olympia Sky) is about 15 min walks.

Ana’s apartment is great for switching off, relaxing and taking in the beautiful view. It was perfect for me as I had a car and know Split well, so I was able to get into the city easily. It was also great for running - there is a path from the apartment to the old town and harbour, and back again. The standout here is the view and sunrise wake up. Just what I was looking for, thank you

Das Appartment hat genau unseren Anforderungen entsprochen: saubere Unterkunft, kein unnötiger Schnickschnack, zentral gelegen, so dass wir alle Hotspots gut erreichen konnten. 5 Sterne !!!! Vielen Dank!!

Great place with an amazing outdoor space!!! Just few minutes walk from beautiful beaches. We were two couple and a 3 years old kid and we definitely enjoyed our stay! Really recommended!

Wir haben unseren Junggesellenabschied mit 10 Mann in Zadar verbracht und es war fantastisch! Das gemietete Haus mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool war einfach perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Im Umkreis gab es auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten, die sich gut für Ausflüge angeboten haben. Besonders abends hat uns die lebendige Altstadt begeistert – tolle Atmosphäre und richtig gute Clubs. Insgesamt war es eine super Erfahrung und ich würde das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Superbe séjour dans cette belle villa. Propre, facile d’accès et idéalement située entre aéroport et la ville de Split, nous recommandons cette villa. Notre hôte était très à l’écoute et prenait régulièrement des nouvelles. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine très bien entretenue. Les deux salles d’eau sont très pratiques. Les deux terrasses et le coin barbecue sont très agréables. La proximité du chemin de fer n’est pas un gros problème car il y a peu de passage. Le village de Kastel Stari comprend un beau bord de mer et un bel arrière pays avec de belles randonnées. Très bon séjour.

Just loved staying at Dijana’s place. The courtyard is wonderful. The apartment is well laid out, had a washer and dryer, and a well equipped kitchen. Loved the area as well - very walkable to the historic areas of Split. We want to stay a month or longer! Dijana is a very responsive host as well. We definitely recommend this location for anyone visiting Split!

Užili jsme si zde krásných 13 dní. Skvěle vybavená kuchyň. Krasně čistý apartmán. S Mariem byla super komunikace. Pokud někdy navštívíme opět Pakoštane, rádi se sem vratíme. Na pláž Janica to je 550 m což s dvěma malýma dětma zabralo 8-10 minut. Krásne uličky i centrum města. I na začátku září zde bylo co dělat. Děkujeme moc za zpříjemnění dovolené! Doporučujeme všem!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön mit einer unbeschreiblich schönen Aussicht auf das Meer vom Balkon und sogar vom Bett aus. Das Haus besitzt einen direkten Eingang zum Fußweg am Meer und hat einige Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der schöne Paclenica Nationalpark ist nur wenige Minunten entfernt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sieht in echt sogar noch besser aus als auf den Bildern! Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man braucht. Der Pool ist beheizt und daher immer nutzbar - zudem ist das Meer ja ohnehin direkt nebenan. Der Gastgeber war super nett, proaktiv und zuvorkommend. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen, das ganze Haus gezeigt und mit Tipps zur Seite gestanden. Insgesamt war die Villa jeden Cent wert!

Świetne miejsce na odpoczynek, wszystko jest pod ręka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, apartament czysty, nowo urządzony. Pani Magda zawsze odpowiadała na pytania.

Our stay at Apartment Martini was fabulous!! SO clean, amazing location, so close to a great beach, and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. Some construction going on right next door that starts early but we’re early risers. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Alenka ist ein super Gastgeber, alles war sehr gut und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt.

Ubytovanie splnilo naše očakávania- čisté, útulné.Apartmán bol kúsok od pláže, čo bola veľká výhoda. Za poplatok sme mali k dispozícii aj vírivku. Dovolenku sme si veľmi užili. Ďakujeme.

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
