Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Die Tourismusregion Wörthersee- Rosental bietet zahlreiche kulturelle und sportliche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten : In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, der Drau-Radweg. Auch Slowenien (Bled) oder Italien (Tarvis) sind einen Ausflug wert.

Modern completely new apartment with stunning view

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Mini casetta immersa nel verde del golf mini Valbruna. La casetta è la seconda su una piccola collinetta. Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Ferienhaus in Alleinlage und mit toller Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus mit Garten steht in idyllischer Lage auf 845 m Seehöhe in der Gemeinde Liebenfels, ca. 20 km von Klagenfur entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Panoramablick auf die Karawanken sowie das gesamte Glantal. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt für Wanderungen in der Natur und zum Schwimmen in umliegenden Seen. Einige Skigebiete befinden sich 40-60 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus hat ca. 60 m² und verfügt auch über eine Sauna.

Genieße ein stilvolles Erlebnis in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist die Alpen Adria Universität Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, der Wörthersee. Mobilität ist vielfältig möglich, der Fahrradweg führt an der Wohnung vorbei. Gastronomie, Bäckerei, Apotheke... ist zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Meine Ferienwohnung ist einfach, aber gemütlich und bietet genug Platz für 5 Personen. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und es ist alles drin, was den Urlaub angenehm macht. Den wunderschönen Hafnersee kann man über einen Waldweg in 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen! Zum Keutschacher See und Wörthersee sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
