Apartman Mia cosy new apartment in the city center

We are situated in the very center of city of Rijeka, on the seafront only a minute walk to the main city promenade Corso. Bus and railway stations are just nearby. Quick and easy access to all kinds of cultural, tourist and all other town facilities; restaurants, shops, banks, post offices, museums, pharmacies... In the neighbourhood there is the town market and larger number of restaurants with varied cuisine. Parking is located directly in front of the entrance and is free for my guests

Apartment Iva - where you feel at home

Our house is situated in the very centre of Malinska, hidden from the street, which gives you the privacy. You can park your car free of charge in the frontyard. A big terrace has the sea view. The apartment is only 2 or 3 minutes walk away from the beaches, shops, supermarket and restaurants. If you want to try yourself as a grill master, you have a grill in the backyard, with benches so you can eat outside. If you come with your bycicles, you can store them in our ground floor storage.

Studio Mara (24 m2) nalazi se u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju u mjestu Klimno na otoku Krku. Sa terase se pruža lijepi pogled na more. Kuhinja, blagavaona i dnevni prostor se nalaze u jednoj prostoriji. Krevet je veličine 160x200. Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.

Rilassati in questo alloggio accogliente e ben arredato. Lo studio si trova nel centro della cittadina di Sveti Vid-Miholjice, appena sopra Malinska. Si trova a circa 1 km dal centro di Malinska e dalla spiaggia, a 15 minuti a piedi. Il posto è molto tranquillo e perfetto per il riposo. A 100 m dalla casa c'è un piccolo negozio, e grandi centri commerciali sono a circa 500 m dalla casa. Il parcheggio è nel cortile.
