MARETA II - Waterfront

Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

U stanu je veoma prijatna temperatura u ljetnjem periodu da se klima gotovo i ne mora koristiti. U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi market i pekara. Ispred apartmana ima veliki besplatan parking. It has nice garden and it's quite and peaceful place. There is market and restaurant very near from house (5 min walking distance)
