Apartment Rikardo is located in Martinšćica- a small coastal village on the west side of the island of Cres. The village was first formed around St. Martins church, right behind St. Geronimos church and monastery, built in 1479 at the coast. Apartment can accommodate two or three persons and is located in center, in the historical part of village called Kaštel. Parking place is free (50 m from apt). Near apt are lots of pebble beaches (walking distance 2 min) and the clearest sea on the island!

This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. If you have a boat, the owners in front of the house have their own mooring. The location is ideal for families with children because the whole village offers beautiful natural beach. The apartment is away from the beach 20 meters.
