It has an excellent location, as you will be only 5 minutes away from the center, the train station and a large supermarket, so you do not have to go too far to enjoy all the places of interest. Raggiungi le piste con facilità! Lo skibus per la splendida area sciistica di Sölden si ferma proprio davanti alla nostra porta, con un comodo tragitto di 15 minuti fino alle gondole. Dopo una giornata di avventura e sport, rilassati nell'appartamento elegantemente progettato e goditi le viste panoramiche.

Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

Cute little studio apartment close to the water and beautiful promenade of Friedrichshafen. No matter if you are visiting for business or private reasons, this location is perfect for your stay. The Spa area in the basement is shared with the the other apartments in the house and includes a small sauna, open shower and little relaxing area.
