Ljubljana is beautiful city and living in my apartment gives you opportunity to take as much as possible from Ljubljana. It is filled with great energy, location is perfect, you will be in the middle of everything but you will feel quiet. Take a chance and come ;-). Little dragon in the bathroom , which is also symbol of the city, will be your great companion.

Hortus House

Don't get fooled by the first impression from the street! Hortus House is a unique place, situated in an old house with a wealth of stories to tell and a magnificent garden featuring stone sculptures and lush trees. This is the lungs of our neighborhood! Located a 15-minute stroll from the old center of Ljubljana, where you will find peace away from the crowds. We refurbished part of our family house and turned it into a pleasant and comfortable place for up to 4 people, waiting just for you!

The Hidden Home

The apartment has wonderful high arched ceilings. The main room is very comfortable with two windows facing the loggia. This gives the apartment a unique, slightly hidden character, which offers a quiet retreat right in the lively heart of the old town, yet completely hidden from the bustle of noisy city life. The house is located in the pedestrian zone on the riverside. Sunday mornings there is a market for antiquities in front of the house, turning into a local Christmas market all December.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located penthouse with a terrace. The terrace offers views of two of the most iconic buildings in Ljubljana, the Nebotičnik building with a glimpse of the castle hill and the TR3 building. Just about 100m from from the flat you will find yourself in our biggest park called Tivoli. The Old town with bars, restaurants and all the shops is just 5min walking distance. If you fancy a night at the opera or a teather performance all are around the corner.

Cosy and comfortable cottage offers a modern and well-equipped kitchen. In the garden there is hot tub, sauna, a fireplace and a BBQ, where you can prepare food and enjoy the memorable sunsets. The charming interior of the cottage is a combination of wood, glass and stone. The retreat at the cottage Sončni Grič embraced by vineyards, forest and warbling birds will connect you with the nature and her healing powers. The Sončni Grič is located just a step away from highway exit Trebnje East.

Modern studio in Residence Pipanova

Modern studio surrounded by local hills, next to the highway ring, great starting point for exploring Slovenia. It is located only 15 minutes from the center and airport. Railway station is in 50 m range and bus station in 300 m. Apartment offers self check-in and is located on the 1st floor. Residence has free parking space and electric charging station. The kitchen is fully equipped, towels are provided. Tax (3.13 eur per day per person) is paid at the accommodation.

Family place with huge terrace, 10 km to Lj center

10 km from city center of Ljubljana on quiet location we have completely renovated house with 3 apartments. This is middle apartment with huge terrace, spacious, comfortable for a family of 6 (they all can sleep in beds) and can host up to 7, even 8 people (for sleeping over it is just big enough). 1st floor apartment, a house doesn't have elevator. Private parking in front of the house! Nice, green exterior, good base for exploring Slovenia, self check in/out.

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Charlie's place

The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet and private location near Radovljica, away from the hustle and bustle of the town and roads. It is surrounded by forest and with a great view of the Julian Alps and the Bled Castle. It is accessible by a 700-meter cart track. There is a parking space next to the cottage. Radovljica is a 15-minute walk away, and Bled is 4 km away.
