Hortus House is a unique place, situated in an old house with a wealth of stories to tell and a magnificent garden featuring stone sculptures and lush trees. This is the lungs of our neighborhood! Located a 15-minute stroll from the old center of Ljubljana, where you will find peace away from the crowds. We refurbished part of our family house and turned it into a pleasant and comfortable place for up to 4 people, waiting just for you!

The apartment has wonderful high arched ceilings. The main room is very comfortable with two windows facing the loggia. This gives the apartment a unique, slightly hidden character, which offers a quiet retreat right in the lively heart of the old town, yet completely hidden from the bustle of noisy city life. The house is located in the pedestrian zone on the riverside. Sunday mornings there is a market for antiquities in front of the house, turning into a local Christmas market all December.

Funky soul studio with stylish design

Welcome to our Funky soul studio, design with love for interior and photography. That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Vila Krivec

We are located just a 2-minute walk from Lake Bled. We offer 2 en-suite rooms with a kitchenette, but there is no dining table, meaning you can only serve simple food such as stew. In addition to the building, there is also a common living area with a dining table that our guests can use. Tourist tax is not included in the price, it is 3,13 EUR/night for adults and 50% of that for kids from 7 to 18 years. Kids under 7 don't pay tourist tax.

Charlie's place

The cottage is located in the countryside in a quiet and private location near Radovljica, away from the hustle and bustle of the town and roads. It is surrounded by forest and with a great view of the Julian Alps and the Bled Castle. It is accessible by a 700-meter cart track. There is a parking space next to the cottage. Radovljica is a 15-minute walk away, and Bled is 4 km away.
