This floor apartment of 52 m2 and a terrace of 25 m2 with views of the garden, meadow and trees is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The environment has an artistic atmosphere: the Graphic Centre with its nice coffee shop, and Švicarija with studios of a number of Slovenian artist and a bistro, are in close vicinity In summer time, there are artistic events, concerts and performans. It is a 15-minute walk to the old part of the city, mostly through the park.
