Stan ima kuhinju i dnevni boravak sa izlazom na balkon i pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv,sobu sa velikim krevetom i balkonom koji pruža pogled na zaliv,druga soba je sa 2 ležaja i jedno kupatilo.
