La proprietà si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Museo Nazionale della Fotografia Marubi e a 5 minuti dalla Cattedrale Cattolica di Santo Stefano, conosciuta come la Grande Chiesa. La moschea Ebu Beker si trova a soli 7 minuti da casa.
