Project-related travel with long-term stays all over the world has long determined our lives. The lack of feeling at home, especially in a private and quiet living atmosphere, was often a constant companion in many hotels and guesthouses. Experiences that contributed to our idea of »HOSTED HOUSING «was born: quiet and mostly self-managed business rooms for management and sales people. The love for Dresden and the suitable object in Radebeul made us leave our home in Munich and set up this heart project. As a freelance project developer for information technology, we have our office in-house and are therefore for our guests always responsive. The apartment is set in the town of Radebeul and within walking distance from a number of charming bakeries, cafes, pubs, and restaurants, as well as a grocery market. A short walk away there’s a railway station offering trains into Dresden. In 90 min seid ihr von Berlin aus in Doberlug-Kirchhain, einer traditionellen Weißgerberstadt durch die die kleine Elster fließt. Die Villa mit ca. 160 qm liegt am Stadtrand von Doberlug-Kirchhain auf einem 2500 qm großen Grundstück mit eingezäuntem Teich. Ihr habt das ganze Haus und den Garten für Euch alleine.

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

Die moderne Villa und das gesamte Grundstück befinden sich in exklusiver Lage und wird an Sie komplett vermietet (keine anderen Bewohner!). Die Villa befindet sich innerhalb der Schlossmauer von Schloss Pillnitz bzw. der Mauern des alten Kammergutes. Historisch befand sich auf dem Grundstück der königliche Holzlagerplatz, umrahmt von 2,50 bis 4 m hohen Natursteinmauern, diese bieten ihnen auch heute noch eine tolle Privatsphäre, ohne Einsichtnahme von außen.

Das Gästehaus liegt unweit dem Kurort Burg mit seinen Häfen, unzähligen Paddelbootverleihen, guten Restaurants und der Spreewaldtherme.

Mitten im Spreewalddorf Raddusch erwartet Sie dieses extravagante Feriendomizil zur alleinigen Nutzung mit eigenem Wasserzugang. Das um 1862 errichtete und 2016 komplett renovierte ehemalige Bauernhaus mit seinen großzügig gestalteten Räumen bietet alles was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Der Spreewaldhof am Wasser liegt zentral, aber ruhig in einer verkehrsarmen Sackgasse.
